The next generation of trains for Berkshire commuters
大象传媒 South Transport Corespondent Paul Clifton checks out the new Intercity Express train.
Paul Clifton:
"The first few that were built come from Japan...but today we see the first British assembled train coming off the production line that will run on the Great Western line for the next three decades.
"There is some debate as to whether they will be able to run as fast as today's trains. They were designed to run fast under electric power. They'll initially be running on diesel power the whole time.
"They'll be running for at least 27 years.
"They look completely different."
