The Chelsea "education"
Nathan Ake calls his youth career at Chelsea an "education" and likens it to being at Harvard University.
But being around players like Didier Drogba was also very important as Ake's father is also from the Ivory Coast.
Speaking to World Football's Claude Atcheba the Dutch International calls his former Chelsea team-mate "a big character" and explains how much Drogba "helped" him when he first trained with him.
