Radcliffe on doping scandal: 'It makes you extremely angry'
More than 1,000 Russians - including Olympic medalists - benefited from a state-sponsored doping programme between 2011 and 2015, a report claims.
At least 30 sports, including football, covered up positive samples according to the report author Richard McLaren.
He said London 2012 was "corrupted on an unprecedented scale".
The marathon world record holder, Paula Radcliffe told Emma Barnett on 5 live Daily "It makes you extremely angry and this must have happened going back years. Huge amounts more need to be invested in anti-doping across the board", she said.
