Mum's Christmas wait for liver transplant

A mum from Hertfordshire is spending her second Christmas waiting for a new liver.

Sarah Barker, 33, from Royston, was born with a childhood disease of the liver called Biliary Atresia.

While the average waiting time for a liver transplant is about five months, she's been waiting a year and a half and a donor has yet to come forward.
