Two significant anniversaries including the 100th anniversary of the first ever military weather forecast during the Battle of the Somme. And, the 400th anniversary of the death of Shakespeare. Paul compares the Bard to a summer's day, and discovers he was quite obsessed with the weather. And, is it a fly? Is it a plane?
