Ufton Nervet railway bridge opens to road users
12 years since seven died and over a hundred where injured in a rail crash at the site.
John Redwood MP, Wokingham:
"I think it has been a huge battle, the delay was unacceptable, but we've got to a sensible answer at the end.
"We can never put right the damage done to families, and people by that dreadful crash, but this should represent the solution to stop something like this happening ever again.
"They (Network Rail) now have a special fund for removing and replacing level crossings, and I want them to get on with it."
