Race walking champion shares tips

Callum Wilkinson, 22, decided to try race walking and in just four years has gone from a novice to the world junior champion. It's Britain's first world title in 52 years.

His rapid rise is down to his natural talent and a strict training regime where the sports technique is drilled into him by his coaching team, including the vocal Mick Graham.

Mr Wilkinson, from Newmarket, will now increase his distance to 20km when he moves up to senior level.
