The real Caster Semenya
The unheard personal story of a great athlete and the controversial matter of her sex
South African runner Caster Semenya shot to fame in 2009 when she won the 800 metres at the World Championships in Berlin. Her performance was so astonishing that some people wondered if she really was a woman. That controversy has dogged Caster throughout her career and she was stopped from competing for a while as the authorities decided what to do. But she's now back competing, and winning.
