Hundreds brave annual North Sea dip
More than 300 people raced into the North Sea off the Norfolk coast on Boxing Day to raise money for charity.
The annual event in the seaside town of Cromer, organised by the North Norfolk Beach Runners, has taken place since 1985 when it was originally organised as "a bit of a dare".
Over the years those taking part have raised more than 拢120,000 for good causes.
This year the money will be donated to the RNLI's work in the town.
