Universal Basic Income: Will Finland get on board?
The Finnish government are piloting a scheme with a group of unemployed people giving them nearly $600 a month to cover basic needs. If it's a success it could be rolled out nationwide. Finnish based journalist, David McDougall explains how it'll work.
