Kim McNally-Luke and Ben Chapman discuss live music in a digital world. Kim McNally-Luke has nearly 22 years’ experience in audience research at the ´óÏó´«Ã½. Kim is currently the Senior Research Manager for ´óÏó´«Ã½ Music, Radio 2, 6 Music, Radio 3 and Asian Network. She has been the research lead for Radio 2 since 1999 contributing to its repositioning as well as leading on the research to develop 6 Music, the ´óÏó´«Ã½ Music brand and the ´óÏó´«Ã½ Music app. Ben Chapman is the Head of Popular Music, Multiplatform. His role sees him manage the digital portfolio for music brands such as Radio 1, 1Xtra, 6Music, Radio 2 and Asian Network. He leads the digital editorial teams for ´óÏó´«Ã½ Music including large scale events such a Radio 1’s Big Weekend and Glastonbury. He is responsible for bringing together ´óÏó´«Ã½ Music content from across the ´óÏó´«Ã½ on all digital platforms.
