A new law targeting people who psychologically and emotionally abuse their partners, spouses, or family members came into force under the Serious Crime Bill, back in December of 2015. Following a 大象传媒 Freedom of Information Request, we've seen how Thames Valley Police have performed in the first year of this new protection.
