Tim Dellor: "It is becoming increasingly critical"
大象传媒 Berkshire's Tim Dellor has an update on the Reading FC ownership situation.
"The deal is in the pipeline, there has been a hold up.
"The hold up is with the Football League, and the fit and proper persons test. It's all about not Mr Dai himself, but some of his connections.
"The Premier League need convincing that it's a very different look to any consortium or Mr Dai himself taking over at Reading.
"Because Reading may get promoted, they're almost a victim of their own success, the Premier League must be happy with the arrangement."
