Stam: "I don't know if it's there at the moment"
Reading manager Jaap Stam wants some stability back in the club soon.
The Royals boss is hoping the prospective new Chinese owners come into place sooner rather than later, and delays in ratification of the deal by the Football league can be overcome.
"Up until now it's been a long case of what's going to happen," Stam said. "Everybody's asking me questions about what's going to happen.
"I don't know if there is going to be any more transfers or whatever.
"You need to have clarity within the group, a certain structure within the club with what's going to happen.
"What I thought was going to happen when I joined Reading was to build a team eventually and hopefully make steps towards the Premier League, but with the club for sale you don't know what the new owners want to do.
