MPs hear of midwife shortage
MPs have been told that staffing is the biggest problem facing maternity services in England. A Health Committee inquiry has heard that while enough midwives were being trained - not enough of them were being employed. Simon Jones reports for on 大象传媒 Radio 4's Today in Parliament.
