The Team GB rower talks about how crucial data is to gaining the advantage.

"We're always told by our coaches you only have to win a gold medal by that much," Moe Sbihi said of his Rio men's four victory, "and that's why I felt fairly comfortable crossing the line..

"I'm a bit of a data geek, I like to be able to go up to my physiologist and ask him and see the results.

"One of the big things is having historical data ready at your fingertips and being able to look back at Matt Pinscent, James Cracknell, Andrew Triggs-Hodge and their performances.

"I'm sure there is going to be a new change in rowing."
