What role for Parliament in Brexit?
Brexiteer Sir William Cash and Pro EU Liberal Democrat Peer, Lady Ludford, talk to Alicia McCarthy about Parliament's role in Brexit.
The Supreme Court is due to rule on Tuesday on whether or not MPs and Peers should have to pass a bill to trigger the formal start of the exit process.
Later in the year the government is also expected to bring in its Great Repeal Bill, removing the European Communities Act 1972 from the statute book and incorporating EU rules and regulation into UK law.
So, Will Peers try to amend both of the those pieces of legislation, causing trouble for the government?.
