The Reading manager is frustrated by the narrow defeat to Derby at Pride Park.

Jaap Stam:

"If you look in how we played, we played very well today.

"It's not easy to create a lot of chances because they were defending with all of them basically in front of their own box.

"First two goals were very easy, the opposition doesn't need to do anything about that.

"Of course you don't want to concede goals, because if you concede goals it makes it difficult to get back into the game, especially against teams with quality."
