A union says it's unhappy with arrangements which it says mean some staff at Northamptonshire County Council don't have an office to work in.
The union Unison says it's unhappy that some staff at Northamptonshire County Council don't have an office to work in. They've been moved out of their current offices even thought the new HQ - 1 Angel Square - is not ready.
