Owen Smith: Article 50 'bad for Britain'
Owen Smith explains his intention to vote against Article 50, in defiance of Jeremy Corbyn, and said 20 and 50 fellow Labour MPs could do the same..
He told Daily Politics presenter Andrew Neil that while he didn't think they would stop Article 50, formally triggering the UK exit from the EU, he could not vote for something he thought would make the country and his constituents "poorer and more isolated".
