Serbia's fallen champions
Partizan Belgrade was once one of the most evocative names in European football, but like many clubs in Serbia, they are now struggling to make an impact on the big stage.
The club is currently serving the first of a three-year ban from the Champions League and Europa League due to unpaid tax bills.
The ´óÏó´«Ã½'s Belgrade reporter Guy De Launey has been speaking to the club's vice-president, fans and journalist Vladimir Novakovic who says Partizan's story is symptomatic of the chaotic state of Serbian football which has been a "mess for a long time".
