Does it really matter if you have a pot belly?
Fat is not intrinsically bad – but some fats are worse than others. Steve Bloom, a medical professor at Imperial College London, UK, reveals why a pear-shaped body (carrying more weight around the bottom and hips) is healthier than having a large stomach.
