MPs condemn lawyer Phil Shiner for pursuing veterans
MPs have welcomed the decision of a disciplinary tribunal which struck off human rights lawyer, Phil Shiner, who brought high-profile cases of abuse against British soldiers who fought in Iraq.
The tribunal found that Phil Shiner had acted dishonestly after he was accused of drumming up false claims.
