Can parkour courses help people suffering with mental health issues?
The Reading based "Free your Instinct" hope to help people improve their well-being.

"With parkour there are so many different elements to it, and something that we focus on in our courses is not just the physical fitness, but it's also about overcoming obstacles - whether that is mental or physical.
"It's all about working on self identity, and getting creative with the movements.
"They really start to look at their environment differently and in a much more creative way. It really helps them to understand who they are. You start to challenge what you're scared of."
