Trump Strikes Down Anti-Corruption Law for Oil & Mining Companies

President Trump rescinded an anti-corruption law that forced energy and mining firms to disclose payments to foreign officials

President Trump's new secretary of state, Rex Tillerson, had personally lobbied against the law when he was head of the giant US energy firm Exxon Mobil. The main US energy lobbying group is the American Petroleum Institute. Anti-corruption campaigners are not happy. We talk to Zorka Milin, senior legal adviser for Global Witness in Washington.
