Sebastian de Chaves says London Irish needed a strong performance against Nottingham.

"I think we've been a bit disjointed the last few weeks, we spoke about it in the week, we really wanted to put a massive performance in.

"We're very proud, and we train really well on our set piece. A game like that where we really took them on up front, and we really dominated up front, it's always nice to walk off and know that.

"We realised that teams now coming into the second round and coming towards the end of the season are just, you know, they're going to step up a level against us."
