Blue Plaques for 大象传媒 Music Day
For 鈥湸笙蟠 Music Day鈥 this summer, we鈥檙e celebrating one of Staffordshire and Cheshire鈥檚 local music legends by putting up an official 鈥淏lue Plaque鈥. And, now we鈥檙e looking for your help choosing who, what or where we honour.
You could nominate a singer, songwriter or musician who鈥檚 no longer with us, from any type of music background.
But you could also tell us about a place that鈥檚 been a major part of our music heritage 鈥 or the location of an iconic musical event.
Your suggestions will help us decide who, what or where to celebrate 鈥 and we鈥檒l unveil the plaques as part of this year鈥檚 大象传媒 Music Day in June.
Email your suggestions to studio.stoke@bbc.co.uk
Below we list a few suggestions which might inspire you - get in touch with us at 大象传媒 Radio Stoke and let us know!
