Hamilton: From Stevenage to Silverstone
Formula 1 star Lewis Hamilton developed a love for cars whilst growing up in the Hertfordshire town of Stevenage.
He began karting when he was just eight-years-old and within four years he had been signed by McLaren.
Now, the 32-year-old has put the first laps on the Mercedes car he hopes will make him world champion for the fourth time in 2017.
Ahead of Hamilton's first drive in the brand new Mercedes W08 at Silverstone, the 大象传媒 retraced the 56-mile (90km) route from his hometown to the home of the British Grand Prix.
