Reading FC manager Jaap Stam says that he won't change his philosophy against big sides.

"I knew from the start that [Brighton] would be contenders to be at the top of the league and maybe even get promotion to the Premier League.

"'They are very eager to win, to get results...and we need to be ready to do that as well.

"We're always thinking about our own way of playing first...what do we need to do against a certain team?

"I'm not the type of manager whose saying...we're going to be dropping in deep the whole game [against a team like Brighton]...because that's not our style of playing."
