Sugar tax debate
An announcement about the level of sugar tax on some soft drinks is expected in next week's Budget.
Dia Chakravarty of the Taxpayers' Alliance thinks the proposals are regressive and will not work.
She debates with Conservative MP John Redwood and Labour MP Liz Kendall, who wants "stronger commitments" from ministers to reduce people's intake of sugar.
