The former owner of BHS has agreed to pay 拢363 million to rescue the company's pension fund.

Frank Field, the chairman of the Commons Work and Pensions Committee, who had previously said he would laugh at any offer lower than 拢600 million, tells us how he did his bit to push the settlement higher.
