Exam Stress Special

Sarah and Nihal are joined by teachers, pupils and parents to talk about exam stress.

A poll commissioned by 大象传媒 Radio 5 live's Afternoon Edition has found a quarter of parents say they've often lost sleep with worry over their children's exams.....and their mental health has also been affected by it.

Two in five UK parents agree that not knowing how to help their children with revision made them feel not good enough as parents - and a third admit to offering money as an incentive during revision thinking this would help improve their children's grades.

Research company ComRes carried out the poll. It questioned 830 parents of 11-18 year olds from all over Great Britain online between 22nd February and 2nd March.

Sarah and Nihal spoke to teachers, pupils and parents about their experiences and possible solutions...
