Farron condemns 'attack on business'
Increases in National Insurance contributions for the self-employed amount to an "attack on business", Liberal Democrat leader Tim Farron has said.
Mr Farron accused the government of "taking business for granted" in the Budget.
He also praised campaigners for women's pension rights who were protesting outside Parliament.
