Lisa Salberg made headlines around the world in February after a picture of her holding her own heart following a transplant went viral.
She had suffered with heart problems all her life because of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, a genetic condition which thickens the walls of the heart and makes it harder for it to pump blood around the body.
