Money 'not enough' to fix social care
Councils are calling for more investment in social care in Wales after an extra 拢2bn was announced in England.
But Plaid Cymru AM Rhun ap Iorwerth said all of the Welsh budget would 'probably not be enough' to solve issues facing the sector.
Mr ap Iorwerth told the Sunday Politics programme ministers needed to be looking at ways of making cash stretch further.
