Nicky Henderson says getting his first 2017 Cheltenham winner is big for the yard.

Altior was the firm favourite for the Arkle chase, and he came home in first for trainer Nicky Henderson's first Cheltenham winner of 2017.

"We've just won on the first day, it just takes an awful lot of pressure off us all to be honest.

"He jumped very well from what I can see...his life's still in front of him.

"It's only the beginning of his first season over fences."
