Scotland 'will not be fast-tracked' back into EU
The Scottish government says it will hold a second independence referendum in order to remain within the EU.
But the Spanish foreign minister says a new nation will have to reapply to join the EU in its own right.
Spain has long been resisting calls from politicians in Catalonia to grant a binding referendum on independence.
Antonio L贸pez-Ist煤riz White, an MEP from Spain's ruling Partido Popular, tells us Scotland will not automatically rejoin the EU.
