Royal historian and the Queen's biographer, Robert Lacey, says he disagrees with recent press coverage of Prince William as "work-shy".

Mr Lacey, told Eddie Mair that the press were getting "their own back" on Prince William after his reluctance to work with them.

He said that although "the Queen clearly supports William in his wish to give priority to his family life", in the future Prince William would have to "overcome this understandable animosity" towards the media.
