Government U-turn over National Insurance
Seven days after announcing a rise in the National Insurance contributions paid by self-employed workers, the Chancellor Philip Hammond has dropped the measure.
Mr Hammond reversed his decision after an angry reaction from small businesses and Conservative backbenchers, as Keith Macdougall reports.
