UK Begins Brexit Process

The United Kingdom has officially started a two year period to leave the European Union.

As Prime Minister Theresa May's letter is received in Brussels the UK is now locked-in to a two year exit process from the European Union. We ask what it will mean for both sides of the split.

Plus, we ask what are the key sticking points to be negotiated over the coming years and talk to one of the most vocal business figures in support of Brexit, John Longworth.

Also at risk is the status both of European citizens living in the UK and British people in the rest of Europe. Our reporter Guy Hedgecoe has travelled to the Costa Del Sol in Spain to hear the thoughts of British migrants there.

And, how much do you love cats? Enough to spend a six-figure sum on a website? The domain name cats.com is up for sale and it is expected to make a tidy amount. We find out why.

Discussing all of that with Rob Young are our guests Catherine Yeung, Investment director at Fidelity International in Hong Kong and Peter Morici, economist at the University of Maryland in the US.
