Former Fulham, West Ham and QPR man Leroy Rosenior says what he's inherited - and what he passes on - is extremely important to him.

The ex- striker, who moved into management when he finished playing, has written a book about his life in and out of the game, being a son and a father & how he dealt with some extreme racism.

Called 'It's Only Banter', the book is a tale of three generations, from his Dad who moved to London from Sierra Leone in the 1950's to his sons, one of who could well be in the Premier league again next year.
