Stormont talks 'aren't doomed to fail'
Former Northern Ireland Secretary concedes deadline for power-sharing deal won't be met.
Theresa Villiers told the Westminster Hour's Carolyn Quinn that she hoped both the DUP and Sinn Fein would continue their dialogue.
The two parties have until 4pm on Monday 27 March to nominate a First and Deputy First Minister in Stormont's power-sharing assembly.
Sinn Fein have said that they will not be nominating anyone to the role of Deputy.
Theresa Villiers added: "It's obviously unfortunate that they are not going to make the 4pm deadline."
