Philippines: fighting extremism through libraries
A group of ten young people from different countries are launching an anti-extremism toolkit, today. The toolkit is produced by 'Extremely Together', an initiative by two organisations: the Kofi Anan Foundation and One Young World. Its aim is to enable young people to mobilise against extremism in their own communities. One of them is Arizza Nocum from the Philippines, who founded KRIS, an organisation that promotes peace in her country through building libraries and providing scholarships.
