Trump supporter defends pro-coal measures
President Trump has signed his Energy Independence Order rolling back environmental measures imposed by Barack Obama. During the campaign, President Trump repeatedly promised to revive the drilling and mining industries, and to support unemployed miners.
Republican Shaun McCutcheon from Birmingham, Alabama, is the CEO of Coalmont Electrical Development, a firm supplying the mining, utilities and power generation industries.
He supports President Trump's move arguing that renewable energy sources cannot fulfill global energy demand.
