Syria: Assad officials charged in Spain
A court in Madrid has accepted a case against nine high-ranking member's of President Assad's security service, in connection with the death in a Damascus prison of a delivery driver called Abdul in 2013.
Ambassador Stephen Rapp is an international prosecutor who is helping to bring the case.
He explains how thousands of photographs smuggled out of Syria by a defecting police photographer, known by the pseudonym Caesar, made the case possible.
