The American and Chinese Presidents finish meeting in Florida
The presidents of the US and China end talks in Florida on a positive note, despite US military action in Syria. We talk to Heather Timmons of Quartz to find out what's likely to happen next between the two superpowers.
Thousands of protesters have taken to the streets in South African cities, angry about President Jacob Zuma's recent sacking of Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan. Reports suggest that shots were aimed in the direction of members of the ruling ANC party, who were looking to disrupt larger protests by the main opposition Democratic Alliance. Our reporter Milton Nkosi is live at one of the demonstrations in Johannesburg to tell us what's happening.
Robots are taking on difficult jobs in all walks of life, often moving into places where it's highly dangerous for people to work. Robot submarines are now able to take many of the risks away from deep-sea diving, thanks to some increasingly good batteries. Technology Reporter Zoe Kleinman has been investigating.
