The SNP's Mike Russell warns the UK government against what he calls a "power grab".

The Scottish Government鈥檚 Brexit Minister was speaking to the Westminster Hour's Carolyn Quinn. He was asked about reports that the SNP may attempt to 鈥渄erail鈥� the Repeal Bill unless powers over areas like agriculture and fishing are devolved to Holyrood.

He said: "It鈥檚 not a question of derailing, it鈥檚 a question of getting powers passed. Essentially, the
devolved settlement gives the devolved nations 鈥� Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland 鈥� responsibility for a whole variety of areas. If there鈥檚 an attempt at a power grab, that will not only be wrong but actually will produce the wrong results."
