London Irish: Hodgson says there is disappointment in camp
Coach Paul Hodgson is gutted that he won't see Irish take part in the B&I Cup final.
London Irish lost to Jersey Reds for the second time in a week as they crashed out of the British and Irish Cup at the semi-final stage.
"There is disappointment," he told 大象传媒 Radio Berkshire's Adam Williams. "We were out to win this semi-final and go on to win the B and I cup.
"We definitely set our stall out to win the competition, so the boys are disappointed."
But Hodgson said the focus must now swiftly turn to getting promoted out of the Championship as the season draws to a close.
"There are things we will take in from this performance to correct, and we look to Rotherham now.
"Then we have Doncaster, then it is finals rugby, which we are hugely looking forward to."
