Today, Capoeira is practiced all over the world, but like so many of Brazil's rich cultural traditions its roots emanate from another continent entirely - Africa. Our colleague from 大象传媒 Brasil, Rafael Barifouse, is an avid practitioner of this martial art and has been telling us how the tradition made its way to South America.
