Philippines whistleblower : 'I killed two of my own brothers'
Since he took office, President Duterte of the Philippines has sanctioned the murder of almost 8, 000 drug users and dealers. That policy started when Duterte was the mayor of the city of Davao.
Former police officer Arturo Lascanas says he personally killed people on Duterte's orders as a member of a death squad in Davao, confessing he killed 200 people - including his own brothers. Now he is being sheltered by the Catholic Church - a body that has become increasingly vocal of Mr Duterte's war on drugs.
